Directs that his body be buried in the parish church of Llanaber.
Gives & bequeaths 10 shillings towards the reparation of the parish church of Llanaber.
Gives & bequeaths 2 shillings towards the reparation of the cathedral church of Bangor.
Gives, devises & bequeaths all his messuage, lands, tenements & hereditaments in the parishes of Llanaber, Llanenddwyn and Llanvair in county Merioneth to his mother Anne Vaughan who currently enjoys them, except those lands & tenements settled upon his wife Jane Tudeyr.
Names as beneficiaries his youngest sons Robert Tudeyr, Arthyr Tudeyr and Griffith Tudeyr.
Names his mother-in-law Lowry Owen.
Names as a beneficiary his eldest son William Tudeyr, then under the age of twenty-one.
Gives & bequeaths £100 to his daughter Lowry, then under age.
Gives & bequeaths £20 to his sister Gwen Tudeyr.
Ordains, constitutes & appoints his wife Jane sole executrix of his last will and testament, and to whom he gives, devises & bequeaths all his goods, chattels and credits.
Nominates & appoints Griffith Nanney Esqr., Robert Wynne Esqr., Arthur Williams Esqr. and Ellis Edwards Gentleman as overseers of his last will and testament.
