Gives, devises & bequeaths all of his messuages, lands & tenements called Berth ddu in the Hundred of Edernion and county of Merioneth and elsewhere to his wife Catherine Meyricke.

Gives & bequeaths £10 to his sister Rebecca wife of Edward Lloyd of Arddw..fan

Gives & bequeaths £50 to his niece Margaret Lloyd.

Gives & bequeaths £20 to his niece Jonet Vaughan daughter of Hugh Vaughan and Elizabeth his sister lately deceased.

Gives & bequeaths £30 to his niece Elizabeth Meyricke only daughter of his brother Captain Meyricke

Gives & bequeaths £5 to his . . . . . . Edmund Meyricke.
