Refers to a deed of marriage settlement dated 14 Jan 1714 between James Brynker of Brynker in the county of Caernarvon, Esqr., & William Brynker Esqr. son and heir apparent of the said James Brynker, of the first part; Gwen Fletcher of Treberth in the said county, widow, of the second part; Hugh Griffith of Caernarvon in the said county, Esqr., and Robert Griffith of Nantlley in the said county, Gent., of the third party; Sr Griffith William of Marte in the said county, Baronet, George Coitmer of Coitmer in the said county, Esqr., William Owen of Cleneney in the said county, Esqr, & William Carter of Kinmel in the county of Denbigh, Esqr., of the fourth party; and William Price of Rhiwlas in the county of Merioneth, Esqr., & Lancelet Bulkeley of Llangelynyn in the county of Caernarvon, Clerk, of the fifth party, in which there is a power to give, devise and dispose of several messuages, lands and tenements called Coed cae, . . . . . . . . and Kefn Gwyn, as follows:

Gives & bequeaths to her nephew James Brynker son of the said James an annuity of £20 for five years following her death.
Gives & bequeaths to her nephew Robert Brynker an annuity of £20 for seven years following her death.
Gives & bequeaths to her nephew William Brynker an annuity of £20 for eight years following her death so that he can buy one or more plate or plates of silver.
Gives & bequeaths £100 to her niece Jane Brynker.
Gives & bequeaths £100 to her sister Elin Lloyd the late wife of Lewis Lloyd, Clerk.

Gives & bequeaths 40 shillings to her cousin Catherine Wynne of Glascoed widow, and to her two daughters 20 shillings each.
