Abstract of the Will of Robert Wynne of Glyn in the county of Merioneth, Esquire, written 10 Jan 1667/8, proved 6 Dec 1670.
His body to be buried in the church of Llanvihangel y Traethau amongst his ancestors.
Bequeaths 10 shillings toward reparations of the said church.
Item. Gives & bequeaths to his son Owen Wynne a silver pair of plate worth £10.
Item. Gives & bequeaths to his son-in-law Ellis Brynkyr and to his daughter Jane his wife another pair of silver plate worth £5.
Item. Gives to his son-in-law Rees Wynne and to his daughter Anne his wife another silver pair of plate worth £5.
Item. Gives & bequeaths £500 to his daughter Frances Wynne.
Item. Gives, devises & bequeaths to his son Ellis Wynne Kae Tyder and Llanynôn? karol --?-- currently occupied by Robert David Lloyd Ellis ap Howell, Edward Owen and Ellis Prees in the parish of Llanaber, county Merioneth. Also all his messuages, tenements & lands with their appurtenances commonly called Tythyn y Pandu and Ty yn Codd currently occupied by Robert Morris, Edward Morris and Evan Thomas ap Humphrey in the parish of Llanaber.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his son Robert Wynne all his claim, right and title to that messuage and lands called Golli? ---?--- in the parish of Llandekwyn. [He wills other lands and tenements to Robert.]
Gives & bequeaths to his son William Wynne all his messuage, lands and tenements commonly called Kil-y-Br----- in the parish of Llanvair currently occupied by William ap Rees David
Gives & bequeaths to his servant Charles Evans all his messuage, lands and tenements called Kae Madock in the parish of Llanaber.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his wife all his messuage, tenements and lands with appurtenances commonly called Geirch?-dre ycha ar G----ydd in the parish of Llanaber for the term of her natural life. He also gives & bequeaths to his wife all his goods, cattles, chattels and personal estate in Glyn as given him by his father.
Gives & bequeaths £60 to his son William Wynne, to be paid to him by his son Owen after the death of his wife.
Nominates and appoints Katherin his wife sole Executrix of his last will and testament.
