Abstract of the Will of Jonnet Anwyl of Tynycelyn in the Parish of Llanelltyd in the County of Merioneth, spinster, written 22 Apr 1784, proved 22 Aug 1789. 3
Gives & bequeaths £60 in Trust to the Reverend Rice Anwyl, Rector of Llanŷcil Cler: and the Reverend Evan Herbert, Curate of Llanfachreth, Cler:, for the purpose of applying the interest to the use and behoof of her brother Thomas Anwyl and Catherine his wife for the term of their natural lives. Further directs that after their deaths the said £60 shall be equally divided between William Anwyl & Eleanor Anwyl their children—her nephew & niece respectively.
Gives & bequeaths £5 to her aforesaid nephew William Anwyl.
Gives & bequeaths £5 to her aforesaid niece Eleanor Anwyl.
Gives & bequeaths 2 guineas to Mrs Anwyl of Llanŷcil the wife of her nephew Rice Anwyl Cler:
Gives & bequeaths 2 guineas to her niece Margaret Gryffyth of Plâs taynybwlch towards buying a ring.
Gives & bequeaths to Jonett Edwards daughter of Edward Edwards of Cerrig llwydion, attorney, one mourning ring the late property of Mrs Lloyd of Braich ŷ ceunant....
Gives, leaves & bequeaths all the rest & residue of her personal estate, goods & chattels to her sister Anne Gryffyth of Tynŷcelyn in the Parish of Llanelltyd, widow, nominating and appointing her sole executrix of her last will and testament.
