Refers to his marriage settlement dated on or about the fourth day of March 1716 wherein is a proviso that it may be lawful for him, Thomas Lloyd Anwill, for the preferment of his younger child or children by his intended wife Margaret, with the sum or sums of money not exceeding £400 arising from the issues of the several messuages, tenements and lands with their appurtenances called Tythyn Siocyn, Cae Dû, Gwaen yr Cynyddion and Tythyn bâch...

Devises & bequeaths to his daughter Anne Anwill her executors administrators and assigns £100 arising from the issues of the several messuages, tenements and lands with their appurtenances called Tythyn Siocyn, Cae Dû, Gwaen yr Cynyddion and Tythyn bâch.

Devises & bequeaths to his daughter Jane Anwill her executors administrators and assigns £100 arising from the issues of the several messuages, tenements and lands aforesaid.

Devises & bequeaths to his daughter Jonet Anwill her executors administrators and assigns £100 arising from the issues of the several messuages, tenements and lands aforesaid.
