Landed families of Britain and Ireland: Anwyl family of Parc and Llugwy Hall, shows Gwen daughter of Lewis Anwyl of Parc rather than Jane having married William ap Hugh of Hafodgaregog.. Some secondary sources estimate Jane's birth c.1608 which is impossible given (1) her father died in 1605, and (2) Jane (or Gwen's) son Morris Williams is named in her father's Will (dated 1605), which Will does not name Morris's mother.
