Abstract of the Will of Lowry Wynn of Maesypandu in the County of Merioneth, Widow, written 24 Jan 1767, proved 24 Dec 1768.
Gives & bequeaths £700 to her granddaughter Lowry Nanney. But if she should marry without the consent of her father or his executors then this legacy will be rendered utterly void.
Leaves to her sister Elizabeth Nanney all her silk wearing apparel and laced? linen, as well as £5 to buy herself a ring.
All the rest of her clothes she gives to her housekeeper Jane the wife of Harry David and an oak chest which stands in the dining room. She also leaves to the said Jane the sum of £200.
Gives an annuity of 4 guineas to Robert Owen of Dolgelley, shoemaker, for the term of his natural life.
All the rest & residue of her personal and real estate she gives & devises to her son William Wynn of Maesyneuadd, whom she appoints executor of her last will and testament.
