Gives & bequeaths to his grandchild Jane Nanney all his several messuages tenements and lands currently occupied by Griffith Tiddyr and John Rees, known by the several names of Tyddyn du yn y llan, Tyddyn bach Caer Crybnor Caer ymrysson? and Carnedd yr orsedd? situated in the township of Bodgadvan Merioneth until payment to her of £200 by his grandchild John Nanney, after which he gives & bequeaths to John Nanney the said messuages tenements & lands...
Gives & bequeaths to his servant Owen William one cow and one filly
Gives & bequeaths to his servant John Humphrey four yearling sheep
Gives & bequeaths to the rest of his menservants and maidservants one yearling sheep each
Gives & bequeaths to his wife Margaret Anwill the moiety of all the rest of his goods, cattle & chattels according to the customs of North Wales
