Gives & devises his capital and other messuages, cottages, lands, rents and hereditaments with their appurtenances in the parishes of Bettus in Rhos and Denbigh to his wife Mary Lloyd and her assigns for the term of her natural life, and after her death to John Wynne of Coed Coch in the county of Denbigh, his infant great-nephew.
Gives, grants & devises to Lewis Lloyd of Myvod in the parish of Llandillo in county Denbigh, farmer, reputed natural son of his brother David Lloyd, one annuity rent charge or sum of £8 from all taxes and other deductions issuing and payable out of all his messuages, tenements, lands, hereditaments and premises in the parish of Bettws called Pen y bryn.
Gives & bequeaths to Evan Foulkes of Serior? in county Denbigh, Gent., and John Edwards of Plas Llewelyn in the same county Gent. all sums of money due to him at the time of his decease from mortgages, judgments, bonds, bills, statutes, recognizances and securities in Trust for the use and benefit of his said wife Mary Lloyd during the term of her natural life...
Expresses, enjoins, orders & directs that the said John Wynn, on taking possession of his estate in Peniarth, adopt the surname "Lloyd".
As to his household goods, farm stock, accrues of rent, ready money and other of his personal estate not already bequeathed, he gives & bequeaths to his wife Mary Lloyd, whom he nominates, constitutes & appoints sole Executrix of his last will and testament.
