Gives and devises to his wife Mary Roods his messuage or tenement where he dwells, with the garden ground and premises, for the term of her natural life. And after her decease he gives and devises the same to his son and daughters Samuel Roods, Elizabeth Roods and Harriet Roods forever as tenants in common.
Gives and bequeaths to his wife Mary Roods the use, possession and benefit of his household furniture, plate, linen and china, for the term of her natural life, and after her decease he gives and bequeaths the same to his said son and daughters.
All the rest, residue and remainder of his real and personal estate he gives, devises and bequeaths to his son Samuel Roods, subject to him paying £200 to his daughter Elizabeth Roods, £205 to his daughter Harriet Roods, and £50 to his daughter Ann Cruttenden.
Appoints his sons Henry Crowhurst Roods and Samuel Roods co-executors of his last will and testament.
