DEATH OF MRS. WENHAM.—After a short illness and at the comparatively early age of 49, Mrs. Wenham, wife of Mr. Councillor J. T. Wenham, of Lynnholme, Pevensey-road, died on Sunday morning. The deceased, who leaves a family of four sons and five daughters, was a daughter of Mr. Fennell, of Old Town, and was much esteemed by a wide circle of friends. Much sympathy is felt with Mr. Councillor Wenham and family in their great bereavement. The interment took place at the Ocklynge Cemetery on Wednesday, the first portion of the burial service being conducted at the Parish Church, with the Vicar of Eastbourne (Rev. H. B. Ottley) as the officiating clergyman.
