At the time of the 1861 England Census Sarah Wenham, age 16, born in Lee Kent, single, was housekeeper for her brother Frederick Wenham, gardener, in Lee St. Margaret, Kent.

At the time of the 1871 England Census Sarah Goble, age 26, born in Lee Kent, and husband Thomas Goble, age 26, born in Gillingham Kent, miller, were living in Love Lane, Milton Sittingbourne Kent. With them was daughter Edith Fanny (2) of Milton.

At the time of the 1891 England Census Sarah Goble, age 46, born in Lee, and husband Thomas Goble, age 46, born in Gillingham, miller, were living in Halstow Flour Mill, Lower Halstow, Kent.

At the time of the 1901 England Census Sarah Goble, age 55, born in Lee, widow, was living 29 Albany Rd., Sittingbourne Kent. With her were daughter Edith F Goble (32) of Milton by Sittingbourne, elementary school mistress.
