Writing his Will in Jun 1792 William Sinnock of Bexhill, yeoman, bequeathed to his niece, Sarah Sinnock, daughter of his late brother, Thomas Sinnock, his freehold parcel of land called lower Busley Croft in Bexhill, currently occupied by Sarah's mother, Susannah Sinnock, widow.
