Research Notes:
Writing the first codicil to his Will in Nov 1832, Richard Bristed, then of Tottenham Court Road in London, bequeathed £10 to his sister Selia Styant.
At the time of the 1841 England Census, Selia Stiance, aged about 70, was living in Coxheath East Farleigh Kent.

Celia Styant, widow of Edwin [sic] Styant, a Blacksmith, died as a result of Phthisis. Informant Amelia Dutton, resident of Union House Farnborough, present at death. The informant has confused the names of Celia's late husband and Celia's eldest (surviving) son Edward, a blacksmith like his father before him.

Celia married Thomas Styance on 9 Apr 1798 in All Saints, Maidstone, Kent, England. (Thomas Styance was born about 1757 and was buried on 26 Mar 1837 in East Farleigh, Kent England, aged 80 years.)
