In 1675 Mary Pendarvis was a beneficiary of her father's will, receiving a legacy of £600, to be paid to her at her marriage or when she turns twenty-one.

In 1699 Mary the wife of Samuel Kekewich, merchant, was beneficiary of the will of her uncle Peter Pendarves of Gwinear, gent., receiving a guinea of gold.
