Desires that his body be buried in Hackney Church near London where his deceased wife Fredeswed lies.
Appoints as his executors in Spain his friends Mr. William Hodges of Cadiz and Mr. Benjamin Ash of this city.
Nominates as his whole executors his friends Mr. John Cooke of Hackney and Mr. Richard Taylor of London, merchant, making them trustees for his children.
Gives £20 each to his executors in Spain and £50 each to his executors in England.
Gives £100 to his sister Elizabeth Carstares.
Gives £50 each for mourning his sister[-in-law] Elizabeth Croftes, his sister[-in-law] Putt, his cousin Joane Putt, his brother and sister Kekewich and his nephew Peter Kekewich.
Bequeaths £20 to the poor of Hackney and the same amount to the poor of Menheniot.
Gives £5 to Thomas Hambly and his wife Mary and a like sum to his nurse.
Gives £20 to his servant Lydia Ankers.
Gives £20 to his friend John Mundy.
All the rest of his real and personal estate he gives one third to his son John*, one third to his son Samuel* and one third to his daughter Fredeswed*, nominating his said children co-executors of his last will and testament.
