In Jul 1684 Bartholomew Horsell and others took inventory of the goods & chattels of [his father-in-law] William Vyner of Wootton Bassett.
In 1696 Bartholomew Horsell and others took inventory of the goods and chattels of Nicholas Webb of Wootton Bassett, labourer. Bartholomew's brother, Ambrose, witnessed Nicholas's Will.
In 1701 Bartholomew Horsell and Bartholomew Horsell Junr were witnesses to the Will of Robert Parsons of Wootton Bassett.

Gives & devises to his son John Horsell half of the close adjoining his dwelling house as well as a coffer & table board.
Gives to his son Bartholomew Horsell the other half of the said close, along with a bed and bedstead and all their appurtenances.
Gives & devises to his wife Mary the cottage or tenement and the garden area adjoining it, where his son Bartholomew currently lives.
Gives & bequeaths 20 shillings each to his daughters Mary, Ann, Lidia and Elizabeth.
Gives & bequeaths £5 to his son Reubin.
Gives & bequeaths 50 shillings to his son William and a little brass pot.
Gives to his said daughter Elizabeth the bed she now sleeps in.
Gives to his said daughter Ann the bed she now sleeps in.
Gives to his said daughter Lidia his brass brewing . . . . . . .
Gives to his said daughter Mary his iron pot.
Makes his wife sole executrix of his last will and testament.
