In consideration of which a) conveyed to c): houses, cellars, lofts, wharves, quays in Mullion and Falmouth, property of Nicholas Tyacke, bankrupt. In trust for creditors. Recital of KP/30. Recital 2) 13th September 1781 sold to 5) for £1260: 2 tenements called Polhorman, Mullion.
Rec. account of 1), 2) and 3) about mortgages made by Nicholas Tyacke, the bankrupt to William Clies for securing £1405 and 12 shillings , cf. KP/28 and further sum of £53, 15 shillings and 6 pence due by NicholasTyacke to Elizabeth Clies, executrix of William Clies, in all £1459, 7 shillings and 6 pence due from bankrupt's estate to Elizabeth Clies. Also £250 due from Nicholas Tyacke to R Kempthorne, the father and divers sums advanced to Tyacke from 1) on credit of mortgaged premises and expenses of paying creditors and renewed bankruptcy commission. Will of R Kempthorne, the father gave legacies chargeable on his lands to 3) and 4).
1), 2) to 5): two tenements of Polhorman, Mullion in possession of Richard Sampson, then Nicholas Tyacke, then 2).

At St. Ives, on Saturday last, after a lingering illness, Mr. John Kempthorne, master Shipwright, much lamented by all his friends and acquaintance.

Abstract of the Will of John Kempthorne of the Borough of St. Ives in the County of Cornwall, Shipwright, written 6 Dec 1805, proved 14 May 1806. 4
Gives to his wife Catherine Kempthorne his estate in the parish of Landrake, all his leasehold houses and premises in the borough of St. Ives.
All the rest of his real and personal estate, goods and chattels, bills, bonds and credits, he gives to his wife Catherine Kempthorne, whom he appoints executrix of his last will and testament and guardian of his children.
