Recording his will in September 1737, Thomas Jeffery of Cury appointed his nephew Bryant Dale as trustee and guardian of Thomas' daughter, Mary Jeffery, during her minority.
In February 1741/2 Brian Dale of the parish of Cury took inventory of the goods & chattels of Stephen Martyn late of the parish of Gunwalloe.
In 1752 Brian Dale was a beneficiary of his father's will, receiving his tenements in Cury called Lampra and the lower Pentire.
In 1765 Bryan Dale was a beneficiary of his mother's will, receiving one shilling. Per his father's will, Brian inherited Richards Tenement in Chiverloe on his mother's passing.

Gives to his wife Mary an annuity of £10 along with one of his beds and its bedding.
Gives one shilling each to his sons Brian and John.
Gives one shilling each to his daughters Christian and Ann.
Gives his daughter Elizabeth his estate in Lower Pentire, paying to her brother John £6 per year.
Gives to his sons Robert and Thomas his estate in Chiverloe, his estate in Trelesken, his money, household goods and other effects, making them co-executors of his last will and testament.
