Gives and bequeaths to his son Brian Dale his tenements in Cury called Lampra and the lower Pentire, his wife Christian receiving £7 paid in quarterly instalments.
Gives and bequeaths to his son John Dale one shilling and an estate in the parish of Gunwalloe called Deebles Tenement.
Gives and bequeaths to his son Thomas Dale one shilling and an estate in the parish of Gunwalloe called Trenoweth.
Gives and bequeaths to his son Joseph Dale one shilling.
Gives and bequeaths one shilling to his daughter Jane the wife of William Mundy.
Gives and bequeaths one shilling to his daughter Mary the wife of Alexander Lugg.
Gives and bequeaths one shilling each to his grandchildren.
Gives and bequeaths an annuity of 40 shillings to his grand-daughter Christian the daughter of his son Brian Dale, for the term of her natural life, to be paid to her out of his tenement in Chiverloe in Gunwalloe.
Gives and bequeaths an annuity of 20 shillings to his grand-daughter Anne the daughter of his son Brian Dale, to be paid to her out of Richards Tenement if his right in the estate continues so long.

Appoints his wife Christian sole executrix of his last will and testament, giving to her Richards Tenement in Chiverloe for the term of her natural life, whereafter he gives and bequeaths the same to his son Brian Dale.
