Abstract of the Will of William Roberts of the Parish of Wendron in the County of Cornwall, Farmer, written 7 May 1847, proved 1 Dec 1847. 2
Gives to his son John Roberts and his heirs his copyhold tenement on about three acres in Halwin in the parish of Wendron.
Gives to his son Thomas Roberts all his live and dead stock, as well as half of his household furniture.
Gives in trust to his sons William Roberts and John Roberts all the rest of his property, the rents & issues thereof to pay his daughters.
Gives £10 each to his daughters Mary now wife of Simon Bolitho and Elizabeth wife of Bennet Dunstone, not to be paid until after the death of their mother.
Gives £20 to his daughter Jane now wife of Richard Dunstone, to be paid after her mother's decease.
All the rest of his goods, chattels and effects he gives to his wife Dorothy Roberts during her widowhood, the remainder going to his son William after his mother's decease.
