Parties:

1) Nanny Jane Trengove, spinster of Illogan
2) Charles Andrew Reynolds, esquire of Trevenson House

Property: Dwelling houses and land parcel of Bosleake in the Parish of Illogan, also known as The Bowling Green.

Consideration: Lease of property held as security for the repayment of loan of £70 with interest.

Term: £70 pound with interest to be paid by 24 June 1851. If in default, then Charles Andrew Reynolds able to sell and dispose of the property subject to the remainder of the original 99 year term.

In 1851 Charles Andrew Reynolds, aged 38, born in Illogan Cornwall, barrister in practice, and wife Jane Reynolds, aged 40, born in Mylor Cornwall, were living in Trevenson, Illogan. With them were children (born in Illogan) Fanny Phillipa (8), Charles William (6), Lucy Jane (5), William (4), and Catherine Mary (3).

In 1858 Charles Andrew Reynolds of Illogan, esquire, was the sole executor of the will of his late sister Frances Philippa Lanyon, widow.

In 1861 Charles Andrew Reynolds, aged 48, born in Illogan, Magistrate for Cornwall & barrister of law, and wife Jane Reynolds, aged 51, born in Mawnan Cornwall, were living in Trevenson House, Illogan. With them were children Frances Phillipa (18) of Camborne, Charles William (16) of Illogan, scholar, and Catherine Mary (13), scholar.

The Will of Charles Andrew Reynolds late of Trevenson in the parish of Illogan in the county of Cornwall, esquire, deceased, who died 6 August 1870 at Trevenson aforesaid was proved 12 September at Bodmin by the oath of Charles William Reynolds of Trevenson aforesaid, esquire, the son, the sole executor. Effects under £30,000. 3

Charles married Jane Plomer, daughter of John Plomer, Gent. and Patty Caddy, on 16 Nov 1841 in Bodmin, Cornwall. (Jane Plomer was christened 15 Jun 1808 in Mawnan, Cornwall.)
