Abstract of the Will of Rowland Prichard of Cader Elwa in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Caernarvon, Gentleman, written 1 Mar 1814, proved 20 May 1814, probate granted 21 Apr 1815.

Gives and bequeath £120 to his sister Catherine.

Gives and bequeaths £20 to his sister Eleanor.

All the rest and residue of his personal estate he gives and bequeaths to his brother John Prichard, constituting and appointing him sole Executor of his last will and testament.

Gives and devises to his said brother John and his heirs all his real estate.
