Abstract of the Will of Richard Rowland of Caderelwa in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Caernarvon, written 2 Sep 1790, proved 15 Nov 1792, probate granted 10 Jul 1793.

Refers to his marriage settlement dated 30 Jul 1767 wherein he was given a power to charge his estate called Caderelwa to the sum of £160, to be paid as follows:

- £2 10s. yearly to his son John Prichard for twenty years.
- £2 5s. yearly to his daughter Catherine for twenty years.
- £2 5s. yearly to his daughter Elinor wife of Richard Smallwood.

Gives and bequeaths to his wife Gwladys Evans all his personal estate and effects and appoints her sole Executrix of his last will and testament.
