Names his late wife Anne Lloyd.

Names his daughter Ellin Evans, wife of John Hughes, yeoman.

Names his daughter Mary Evans, wife of Owen Hughes, yeoman.

Names his daughter Gwen Evans, wife of Richard Jones, yeoman.

Names his daughter Gladuce Evans, wife of Richard Rowland, gent.
