Consideration: Ten pounds and ten shillings on or before sealing and delivery and on or upon the marriage of John Pendarves Bassett, and surrender of former lease of 25 Mar 1711 to Johnson Vivian

Term: 99 years on the lives of John Vivian, Jane Tellam* widow his sister and Johnson Vivian the younger his brother

Rent: Ten pounds and suit and service to the courts and mills of Tehidy

Heriot: Twenty shillings

All those messuages houses, outhouses, courtledges gardens and garden plots lying within the parish of Camborne called Camborne Veor now in the tenure of John Vivian together with the town place belonging to the said houses and all the right of the said John Pendarves Bassett to make dung or soil in the Great Pool and Lane near adjoining to the said dwelling houses and all that field called the Mowhay Close and two other fields or crofts part of the said tenement now in the possesion of John Vivian or his assignes.

Abstract of the Will of Jane Tellam of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, Widow, written 10 Jan 1740, proved 12 Jan 1748. ⁴

Gives an annuity of £5 to her mother Elizabeth Vivian for the term of her natural life.

Gives annuities of 40 shillings each to her sisters Catherine, Isabella, Margaret and Martha.

Gives £5 each to those of her brothers and sisters who are living at the time of her death.

Gives £5 to Francis Tellam, son of her brother-in-law Francis Tellam, to be paid to him when he completes his apprenticeship.

Gives £1 to each of the children of her brothers and sisters alive at her decease.

All the rest of her goods and chattels she gives to her brother Johnson Vivian, appointing him sole executor of her will, in trust, for the benefit of her daughter Elizabeth, now the wife of John Trevenen, Clerk, and their children.
