Research Notes:
In August 1575 Agnes Akherst was bequeathed 20 shillings in the Will of her maternal grandfather Thomas Tayler of Heathfield, to be paid to her when she turns twenty-one.
In 1634 Agnes Pankhurst daughter of John Akherst received £5 from the Will of her uncle Thomas Taylor of Battle.
In 1637 Annis was bequeathed £10 in her husband's Will.
