Nicholas Pankhurst was probably the son of another Nicholas Pankhurst who, in 1559, was the sole executor of the Will of his father John A'See alias Pankhurst of Hailsham.

Gives £10 to his wife Annis Pankhurst.
Gives 5 shillings to his son Unfained Pankhurst.
Gives 5 shillings to his son John Pankhurst.
Gives 5 shillings to his daughter Ziphora now the wife of Richard Mathew.
Gives 5 shillings to his daughter Ann. Also gives to her one truckelbed steddle, one chaff bed, one bolster, two blankets, one covering, one pair of sheets, one joined chest, one little iron pot, one hichell and one little firkin, one keeler, one trugg, all these household goods to be delivered to her after the death of her mother.
Gives 12 pence each to the three children of his late son Thomas Pankhurst.
Gives to Annis Pankhurst the daughter of Unfained Pankhurst one ewe.
All the residue of his goods he gives to his son William Pankhurst whom he makes sole executor of his last will and testament.
Appoints his neighbours Richard Waters and Edward Jarvis overseers of his last will and testament.
