In 1841 Timothy Maskelyne, aged about 70 years, assistant, was with [his brother] Jasper Maskelyne, yeoman, in Littlecott, Hilmarton Wilts.
In 1844 Timothy Maskelyne received an annuity of £20 from the Will of his late brother Jasper Maskelyne of Wootton Bassett, gent.
In 1851 Timothy Maskelyne, aged 78, born in Wootton Bassett Wilts, unmarried, resident retired farmer, was with his niece Mary Maskelyne in Tithing of Bupton, Cliffe Pypard Wilts.

Abstract of the Will of Timothy Maskelyne of Littlecut in the Parish of Hillmarton in the County of Wilts, Yeoman, written 2 Jan 1849, proved 17 Mar 1854. 2
Gives and devises all his real estate to his nephew Jasper Rumboll Maskelyne of Littlecut.
Gives and bequeaths £19 19s. to his nephew John Nevil Maskelyne of Cheltenham in co. Gloucester.
Gives and bequeaths £19 19s. to [his niece] Anna Maria Ellis the wife of Robert Ellis late of Cirencester in co. Gloucester, draper.
All the rest of his personal estate he gives and bequeaths to his nephew Jasper Rumboll Maskelyne, appointing him sole executor.
