Makes his wife Alice sole executrix of his last will and testament, to whom he gives all his goods and chattels during her widowhood.
Wills to his three sons William Short, Thomas Short and John Short £20 each, of which £10 each is to be used to bind them as apprentices, and the remaining £10 each to be set out at interest.
Nominates Charles Hollister Senr and Robert Skeate, both of Wootton Bassett, to be overseers of his last will and testament.
