At the time of the 1871 England Census Elizabeth S Blackly, aged 16, born in Southwark Surrey, machine ruler, was with her parents at 21 Mints St., St. Mary Magdalene, Bermondsey London.
In December 1880 Elizabeth Fowler and her husband Charles Fowler were present at the marriage of Elizabeth's sister Sarah Ann Blackley to Tom Wright Jury in Bermondsey Surrey.
At the time of the 1881 England Census Elizabeth S Fowler, aged 26, born in Bermondsey Surrey, and husband Chas. Geo Fowler, aged 28, born in Kennington Surrey, wine merchant's clerk, were living at 148 Rolls Rd., Bermondsey London. At the time of the 1891 England Census Elizabeth S Fowler, aged 36, born in Bermondsey, and husband Charles G Fowler, aged 38, born in Kennington, traveller, were living at 8 Ethnard Rd., Camberwell Surrey. With them were children Elizabeth A (18) of Bermondsey, dressmaker, Emma L (16) of Bermondsey, dressmaker, and Charles W (15) of Walworth, clerk. With them also was Elizabeth's mother Sarah A Brockley [sic] (70) of Newington Kent, widow.
At the time of the 1901 England Census Elizabeth Fowler, aged 46, born in Southwark Surrey, and husband Charles G Fowler, aged 47, born in Kennington London, commercial clerk, were living at 237 Chapter Rd., Willesden Middlesex. With them were children Elizabeth A (28) of Bermondsey, dressmaker, Emma L (26) of Bermondsey, dressmaker, Charles W (24) of Walworth, commercial clerk, and Elizabeth's mother Sarah A Blackley (80) of Newington Kent, widow.
