According to the Will of his brother Samuel, Thomas was a tailor.
In 1620 Thomas the son of Christopher Jurye received 10 shillings from the Will of his maternal grandfather Richard Warrell of Heathfield, husbandman.
In 1638 Thomas Jury received £100 from his father's Will, along with part of the house he now uses and lives in in the town of Battle, the back garden and orchard, the slaughter house and stable, for the term of his natural life, on the condition that he pays to his brother Samuel Jury an annuity of 40 shillings.
In 1641 Thomas Jury was the sole executor and residuary legatee of the Will of his brother Samuel Jury of Battle, shoemaker.
