Gives £7 each to his three brothers Thomas, Richard and Christopher.
Gives £5 to his mother Elizabeth.
Gives £5 to his sister Anne Jury.
Gives 10 shillings each to his brother and sister Berry and all their children.
Gives £50 each to his two children Hannah and Samuel, to be paid to them on their day of marriage or when they turn twenty, whichever comes first.
Gives 5 shillings to widow Leonard.
Gives 20 shillings to the poor of the parish of Bexhill.
Gives to his wife Mildred his tenement near Lisday Green along with 16 acres of land, more or less, now in the occupation of Thomas Longford or his assigns.
All the rest of his goods and chattels he gives to his wife Mildred whom he makes the sole executrix of his last will and testament.
