Gives and bequeaths 20 shillings to the poor people of West Hoathly.

Gives 10 shillings each to his grandchildren John Payne and Elizabeth Payne.

Gives and bequeaths £40 to his daughter Sarah Stoner the wife of Thomas Stoner of late deceased.

Gives and bequeaths 10 shillings each to his grandchildren Thomas Stoner, Abraham Stoner, John Stoner, Elizabeth Stoner, Sarah Stoner, Hannah Stoner, and Mary Stoner, children of his daughter Stoner.

Gives and bequeaths 10 shillings each to Joseph, Sarah, Hannah, Elizabeth, Mary and Anne, the children of his daughter Hannah Dungate.

Gives and bequeaths 10 shillings each to Abraham, William and Anne, the children of his son Abraham Nicholas of Ardingly.

Gives and bequeaths to his said son Abraham Nicholas his messuage, lands, tenements and hereditaments, with the exception of two parcels of land in Cuckfield occupied by Richard Aynscomb.

Nominates and appoints his son Abraham Nicholas and his grandson John Payne co-executors of his last will and testament.
