At the time of the 1901 England Census Albert H Rummery, age 23, born in Frant Sussex, linen draper's porter, was with his parents at 13 Taylor Street, Tonbridge Kent.

Albert and his family migrated to Canada about 1907.

At the time of the 1911 Canada Census Albert H Rummery, age 33 (Aug 1877), born in England, railroad labourer, and wife Alice, age 33 (Nov 1877), born in England, were living in Grimsby, district of Lincoln, Ontario, Canada. With them were children: Albert H*, age 5 (Aug 1905), born in England, Joseph S, age 3 (Jan 1908), born in Canada, and Leonard N, age 9 months (Aug 1910), born in Canada.

* Should be Albert E (i.e. Albert Edward Rummery, born in the Tunbridge district of Kent).
