Research Notes:
At the time of the 1841 England Census Hannah Weekes, aged about 30*, and husband Thomas Weekes, aged about 35*, ag lab, were living in Kingsdown, Heathfield Sussex. With them were children: Thomas (15), ag lab, James (9), Harriott (6), and Mary (3).
* As is often the case in the 1841 Census, the ages of the parents (Thomas and Hannah) are out. Thomas and Hannah married in 1822 and so Hannah could not have been 30 in 1841. Hannah died aged 40 in 1842, and at the 1851 Census Thomas Weeks was recorded as a widower residing in Burwash, his daughters Harriet and Mary (aged 16 and 13 respectively) being with him.
