The said Isabel seeks in dower a third of a water-mill and 7s. rent in Muleford against the abbott of Hagheman, who called to warrant Richard son and heir of the said John, who is within age..., by (reason of) a deed from the said John testifying that he gave the same mill and rent to the said abbott...

Writ of assignment of dower to the said Isabel of 2 marks rent out of the tenements and rents late of the said John, in the king's hand, instead of a third of the mill of Muleford which the said John gave to the abbot of Hageman in frankalmoin and 2s. 4d. rent, for a third of 7s. rent which he also gave to the said abbot, 22 Ju...., 2 Edw.
