At the time of the 1891 England Census Alfred Huggett, age 19, born in Lewes Sussex, baker, was with his parents at 3 Pleasant Place, St. John, Lewes.
At the time of the 1901 England Census Alfred E. Huggett, age 28, born in Lewes Sussex, bricklayer's laborer, and wife Georgina, age 20, born in Lewes Sussex, were living at 5 Norfolk St., All Saints, Lewes Sussex. With them were children: Louie (7) of Brighton, and Frederick (1 mo) of Lewes.
In Jun 1906 A E Huggett was present at the marriage of his brother William Gresham Huggett to Clara Dunk in Brighton St. Peter.
At the time of the 1911 England Census Alfred E. Huggett, age 38, born in Lewes Sussex, bricklayer's labourer, and wife of 11 years Georgina, age 30, born in East Hoathly Sussex (mother of 3 children) were living at 43 St. John's St., Lewes Sussex. With them were children (born in Lewes): Frederick (10), Dorothy (5), and Stanley (9 months).
In the 1939 Register Alfred E Huggett (b. 24 Dec 1871), town council labourer, and wife Georgina Huggett (b. 29 May 1880), office cleaner, were living at 43 St John Street, Lewes Sussex. At the same address were [children, single]: Dorothy M Huggett (b. 16 Sep 1905), office cleaner, Stanley G Huggett (b. 29 Jun 1910), builder's labourer.

MR. A. E. HUGGETT
The death of Mr. Alfred Edward Huggett, aged 78, of 43, St. John-street, Lewes, occurred on Friday. He was a native of Lewes and a member of the Lewes branch of the Old Age Pensions' Association.
During his younger days he was a member of the Lewes Fire Brigade and was a keen Borough Bonfire Boy.
The funeral service on Tuesday was conducted at the cemetery by the Rev. H. E. Langhorne (rector of St. John's Church).
The mourners included Mr. and Mrs. F. Huggett, Mr. and Mrs. R. Huggett (sons and daughters-in-law), Miss D. Huggett (daughter), Mr. and Mrs. E. Richardson (grandchildren), Mrs. A. Huggett (sister-in-law), Mr. S. Colwell (nephew), Mrs. R. Botting (niece), and Mr. A. Funnell.

Georgina Florence Hunnisett was born Georgina Sayers Hunnisett. At the time of the 1891 England Census, Georgina S Hunnisett, age 10, born in East Hoathly Sussex, was with her "parents" Alfred and Elizabeth H Cole in Southover Sussex. Alfred Cole married Elizabeth Hephzibah Stevens in 1887 in the Lewes district.
