The Will of Frederick Lewis late of Chiswick in the county of Middlesex, a commander in Her Majesty's Navy, deceased, who died 25 October 1869 at Chiswick aforesaid, was proved 13 December at the Principal Registry by the oaths of Harriett Lewis of Chiswick aforesaid, widow, the relict, and Henry Smith of Chiswick aforesaid, brewer, the executors. 3
