In 1871 Flora Lewis, aged 29, born in Chiswick Middlesex, unmarried, was with her widowed mother in Mall, Chiswick Middlesex.

In 1891 Flora M. J. Coward, aged 49, born in Chiswick Middx, and husband Thomas L. Coward, aged 65, born in Hurst Berks, newspaper proprietor, were living in Chiswick Mall, Chiswick Middlesex. With them was son Thomas L. (9) of Chiswick, scholar.
