In July 1843 Olivia Maria Lewis was present at the marriage of her sister Lucy Lewis to John Gough Nichols in Chiswick Middlesex.

In 1851 Olivia Maria Coward, aged 28, born in Cheltenham Glosc., and husband John Henry Coward, aged 29, born in Wokingham Berks, Curate of St. Michael's Queenhithe, were at Amen Corner Residentiary House, St. Martin Ludgate Middlesex. With them was daughter Olivia Maria (1) of St. Martin Ludgate.

In 1861 Olivia Maria Coward, aged 38, born in Cheltenham Glosc., and husband John Henry Coward, aged 39, born in Wokingham Berks, Rector of St. Benet Paul's Wharf, were living in Amen Court, St. Martin Ludgate Middlesex. With them were children (born in City of London Middlesex) Olivia Maria (11), scholar, John Charles Lewis (8), scholar, Blanche Harriett (7), scholar, Henry Bartholomew (6), scholar, Marion (4) and Flora Harriett Lucy (2). There also was John's brother Thomas Lane Coward (35) of Hurst Berks, unmarried, commercial manager of newspapers.

In 1871 Olivia Maria Coward, aged 49, and husband John Henry Coward, aged 49, born in Wokingham Berks, Rector of St. Benedict Paul's Wharf, were living at Amen Corner, St. Martin Ludgate Middlesex. With them were children (born in the City of London) John Charles Lewis (18), undergraduate Corpus Christi College Cambridge, Blanche Harriet (17), scholar, Henry Bartholomew (16), scholar, Marion Frances (15), scholar, and Harriet Flora Lucy (12), scholar. Visiting was [John's brother] Thomas Lane Coward, manager of a newspaper.
