Abstract of the Will of Edward Moyle of the Parish of Wendron in the County of Cornwall, Miner, written 30 Jul 1844, proved 23 Sep 1844. 7
Gives an annuity of £10 to his wife. If his wife does not wish to live with her sons, then she have his household goods and and the eastern house of his leasehold tenement in Lancana in Wendron now occupied by Bennat Treloar.
All the rest of his lands, tenements, goods and chattels he leaves to his sons Edward and John Moyle, making them co-executors of his last will and testament.
