In 1793 Thomas Cock became a beneficiary of his father's will, receiving his right, title and interest in a tenement in lower Penprase in the parish of Illogan, and his right, title and interest in a reversionary lease of a tenement in Penventin in Gwithian parish, to take effect following the death of Thomas's brother, Roger Cock.
In 1802 Thomas Cock was the sole executor and residuary legatee of the will of his brother Roger Cock of Gwithian.
