Gives £50 to his son Beniamin Cock, half his right in Penventidnis, half of Sanders tenement and half of a little tenement in Connerton, all in Gwithian, a mare called Jenny, and 10 sheep.
Gives £50 to his son Roger Cock, the other half of Penventidnis, half of Sanders tenement, half of the other tenement in Churchtown, and a mare called Nimble.
Gives 100 guineas in gold to his daughter Ann Cock, and and 30 shillings per year until she turns twenty-one.
All the rest of his goods and chattels he gives to his two sons Charles Cock and John Cock, whom he appoints co-executors of his last will and testament.
