Charles married Ann HOCKIN, daughter of Benjamin HOCKIN of Gwithian and Blanche HARRIS, on 24 Apr 1703 in Gwithian, Cornwall. (Ann HOCKIN was christened on 12 Jun 1675 in Gwithian, Cornwall and died between 1728 and 1730.)
