Abstract of the Will of Roger Cock of the Parish of Gwithian in the County of Cornwall, written 22 Jul 1802, proved 12 Aug 1802. 2

Gives £20 to his sister Ann the wife of William Trewella of the parish of Towednack.

Gives £20 to his sister Mary Cock as well as a bed, bedding and household furniture of her choosing.

After the death of his brother Thomas Cock he gives to his nephew John Cock his right, title and interest in a reversionary lease of the tenement of Penventin in the parish of Gwithian.

Gives to his brother-in-law William Trewella two guineas of gold.

Gives half a guinea to Mary Cock the wife of Thomas Cock.

Gives 10 shillings each to his nephews and nieces.

All the rest of his goods, stock, corn, cattle and implements of husbandry he gives to his brother Thomas Cock, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
