The Visitation of Cornwall (Pender of Budockvean) shows Margaret, daughter of John Keigwin, having married Oliver Pender as his first wife. Margaret is recorded as having died s.p. (sine prole: without issue) which is incorrect. See further notes under husband.

In 1733 Margaret Pendar, widow, was granted Administration of her husband's estate.
