Abstract of the Will of Ann Penrose of the Town of Penzance in the County of Cornwall, Spinster, written 19 Sep 1812, proved 26 May 1813. 2
Gives 10 guineas to Elizabeth Rawling, wife of Benjamin Rawling of Penzance, joiner. And if Elizabeth should die before her, she gives the same to Mary Rawling, daughter of the said Benjamin Rawling.
Gives 1 guinea to Catherine Harvey of Penzance, widow.
Gives 2 guineas to Ann Williams wife of John Williams of Penzance, fisherman. Also gives her all her clothing.
All the rest of her personal and testamentary estate, goods, chattels & effects, she gives to her friend, Peter Symons of Penzance, joiner, whom she appoints sole executor and residuary legatee of her last will and testament.
