Abstract of the Will of John Ustick late of Botallack in the Parish of St. Just in Penwith, but now of the Town of Penzance, both in the County of Cornwall, Gentleman, written 5 Apr 1717, proved 9 Mar 1729/30. 4

Gives to his wife Mary his messuages, lands and tenements called Trevoryan located in the parish of Sancreed in co. Cornwall, and also his messuages, dwelling houses, lands and tenements in the town of Penzance, in trust, to pay his legacies. He also gives her all his household goods, chattel estates, lands & tenements, for the advancement of his younger children.

Gives £10 each to his children living at the time of his death.

Appoints his wife sole executrix of his last will and testament.
