3) William Harris of Camborne, yeoman
Trevean and two thirds part of Trevoryan, with lease for 500 years on one third part of Trevoryan, Sancreed.
Consideration: to 1): £421 and 6 shillings.
To 2): £342 and 6 shillings.
Recites: a settlement and wills by which Margery Penrose [nee Ustick] is owed £300, £50, £50 and interest.
