3) William Harris of Camborne, yeoman

Trevean and two thirds part of Trevoryan, with lease for 500 years on one third part of Trevoryan, Sancreed.

Consideration: to 1): £421 and 6 shillings.

To 2): £342 and 6 shillings.

Recites: a settlement and wills by which Margery Penrose [nee Ustick] is owed £300, £50, £50 and interest.

John Penrose late of the town of Penzance, Gent. died without making a will. Bond upon the Administration of his goods &c. was granted to Margery Penrose, the widow and relict of the said deceased, on 7 May 1751. 3

John married Margery Ustick, daughter of John Ustick of Botallack & Penzance, Gent. and Mary Lanyon, on 31 Dec 1723 in Morvah, Cornwall. (Margery Ustick was christened in Aug 1699 in Madron, Cornwall and was buried on 13 Jul 1781 in Madron, Cornwall.)
